Do I need technical or AI experience?

No, these courses are designed for people in non-technical roles. You don’t need prior AI experience to participate or benefit.

This is not a coding class or a product demo. The focus is on understanding how AI is already affecting everyday work and how to use it thoughtfully and responsibly.

These courses are for working professionals who are feeling pressure to “figure out AI,” are responsible for quality or decisions, and want practical guidance without hype. You do not need to manage a team to benefit.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of where AI fits into your work, when it can help, when it shouldn’t be used, and how to make better calls around quality, risk, and trust.

The virtual Intro, AI for Business Applications, is a 1.5-hour session, six total, over two weeks. The course meets on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. You’ll meet with the instructor on day one, midway through, and at the end to kick off the course, check in, and answer questions. You’ll also have the option to add a bonus one-hour session on the scheduled date.

What does the in-person schedule look like?

The in-person, AI Immersive day includes guided instruction, real-world examples, hands-on exercises, and group discussion based on common workplace situations.

VIP office hours for AI Immersive are an optional add-on. They include two 60-minute small-group virtual sessions within 30 days of the workshop, focused on applying what you learned to real work situations.
